Mark’s pitching sessions focus on two primary objectives: Staying healthy and throwing strikes.

First, you can’t have fun playing baseball, nor help your team, if you’re injured…and second, pitching is about making the batter swing the bat, so being able to consistently throw the ball over the plate is mission number once when you take the mound. Anyone can step up on the hill. You’re not a pitcher unless you can throw strikes. We will work hard to make sure your mechanics allow you to keep maximum stress off your arm and place it on your body. In doing so, we will create or improve a delivery that makes throwing strikes natural.

“There are many factors that determined how hard a pitcher can throw, including Mother Nature. We will maximize how hard a pitcher can throw with sound mechanics, without overthrowing and causing injury.”
